Niyati thanks Saraswati and others for bestowing her with so much love in spite of her not sharing any ties with Yuvraj anymore. The next morning Kshitij, Saraswati and her sisters lodge a complaint against Balwant but the cop advises them not to go against a dreaded gangster. Kartar too turns up at the police station, keeps some money in the file and gives it to the cop. The cop then asserts that the factory rightly belongs to Balwant. An angry Saraswati promises to give a fit reply to the injustice inflicted on them! Kartar meets them outside the police station and warns them to forget about the factory. He further asks them to meet Balwant in their own house because he had gone there to bless the newborn baby in the family! Saraswati and the others are shocked. They rush home, and Saraswati takes the baby away from Balwant. Saraswati scolds him, so Savitri tells her that Balwant is a friend of their father. Balwant puts on an act of being very concerned. Menka asks Balwant to keep visiting them frequently, so he promises to do so. When Balwant is outside the house, he tells Saraswati and the others that Garodia Niwas seems a better property than their factory! Saraswati asserts that they will get their factory back, so Balwant warns them to forget dreaming!
